About This Product

An adhesive film used to bond materials such as glass, plastic, wood, cloth, and paper together. It is easy to handle and has excellent water resistance, light resistance, and adhesion.

■Features

・Can be bonded at a low temperature of 90 degrees ・Easy to reapply ・No autoclave required, just a vacuum press machine ・Short 15 minute cycle ・No special conditions required for storage ・Excellent water resistance ・Excellent heat resistance ・Excellent light resistance ・Excellent adhesion ・Can be printed directly on Mersen ・Can be combined with various materials such as plastic, cloth, paper, and wood

■Applications

・PDP filter ・Safety glass for entrance doors ・Safety glass for bathrooms ・Safety glass for ceilings, floors, and walls ・Security glass ・Touch panel ・Dimmer glass ·others

■Process

・Sandwich Mersen between two pieces of glass - Degas to prevent air bubbles from entering. ・Heat at 100℃ for 10 minutes ・Slow cooling

■Adhesion performance

・Glass 4.5kg/25mm ・Aluminum 6.0kg/25mm ・Stainless steel 8.0kg/25mm ・PVC 7.5kg/25mm ・Polycarbonate 10.0kg/25mm ・Acrylic 4.5kg/25mm ・A-PET 4.0kg/25mm

■Lamination conditions

・Temperature 100℃ ・Time 10min ・Pressure 1kg/cm^2 ・Structure Adherent/Melthene/EVA/PET ・Mersen thickness 0.25mm ・Support PET/EVA ・Peeling method: 180 degree peel ・Peeling speed 200mm/min
