About This Product

A hot-melt adhesive film used to bond materials such as glass and metal. It has excellent water-resistant adhesion, transparency, and deterioration resistance.

■Features

・It is a thermally crosslinked type and has excellent heat resistance. ・Excellent transparency. ・Excellent water resistance. ・Excellent degenerative properties. -Can be laminated using a simple vacuum bag method.

■Applications

・Laminated glass ・Security glass (glass/polycarbonate/glass) ・Solar cell encapsulant ・Safety glass for walls ·others

■Process

・Place Eco-Tac between two pieces of glass - Degas to prevent air bubbles from entering. ・Heat at 120℃ for 20 minutes ・Slow cooling

■Adhesion performance

・Glass 24N/10mm ・Polycarbonate 20N/10mm ・Hard aluminum 28N/10mm ・PVF film 19N/10mm
