About This Product

POGRA MK is a heat-resistant structural adhesive made by coating various films (polyester film, polycarbonate film, etc.) with a special resin. It can be bonded to adherends (glass, metals, various plastic materials, etc.) using a continuous lamination method, and provides excellent physical properties such as scratch resistance, boiling resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, and cold resistance. ◼︎Features ・We can supply adhesive coated film sheets with high film thickness accuracy. ・Excellent heat resistance, hot water resistance, and cold resistance ・Excellent weather resistance (almost no yellowing even after 3,000 hours using a sunshine weather meter) ・Excellent transparency (can be used in areas exposed to the surface) ・Good adhesion to various adherends (glass, acrylic plates, polycarbonate plates) ・Functions such as AG (anti-glare), UV cut, and infrared reflection can also be added. ・Hard coated product with high scratch resistance and practicality ・Heating can be done by printing ◼︎Applications ・Housing security double glass, partitions, etc. ・Glass in the shower room, safety door glass in the unit bath ・Mobile phone and touch panel display window parts ・Security measures, shatter prevention, design addition to various glasses and plastics, etc. ・System kitchen door, special shelf board (tape-like glass)
