This is a revolutionary new product that analyzes ``diffusible hydrogen,'' which causes ``hydrogen embrittlement (delayed fracture).''

■High measurement speed

CryoTDS-100H2 (CryoTDS-100H2) boasts a detection speed of once per second. This is 300 times faster than other methods, which detect once every five minutes. By increasing the heating rate, measurements can be taken four times a day.

■Suitable for large samples

Can accommodate samples up to 30 x 30 x 30 mm. This sample size is the largest in its class as a temperature-programmed hydrogen analyzer, and it can handle a wide variety of samples, allowing for flexible analysis.

■Easy measurement operation

CryoTDS-100H2 (CryoTDS-100H2) is an ultra-high vacuum type, but does not require sample transportation. Measurements can be easily started by placing the sample on the quartz stage inside the sample heating chamber, closing the lid, and pressing the start button. Designed for easy operation even by beginners.

■Heating in an ultra-high vacuum environment

CryoTDS-100H2 (CryoTDS minus 100H2) heats the sample in an ultra-high vacuum environment, so hydrogen released from the sample can be directly detected. In contrast, other methods heat the sample in a gas atmosphere, which can cause hydrogen to be produced by a reaction between the sample and the atmospheric gas, which can lead to errors. Heating in an ultra-high vacuum environment allows for highly accurate measurements.

■Ultra high sensitivity & low cost operation

CryoTDS-100H2 (CryoTDS-100H2) has a hydrogen detection limit of ng/g (ppb) while achieving low-cost operation comparable to other methods. This equipment is ideal for businesses seeking efficiency and keeping a tight budget.
