・ Copper/aluminum 2 -layer clad material with aluminum claded with copper, or copper/aluminum/aluminum 3 layer clad material with bronze on both sides on aluminum core material.
・ Aluminum and copper with different melting points are joined by metal.
・ The electric conductivity increases by claming copper materials on pure aluminum.

■ Characteristics
・ Because copper/aluminum clad material is smaller than copper material, it can manufacture more parts with the same weight. The product can be reduced. 1000kg copper materials can be replaced with 372kg of 10/90 copper/aluminum clad material. Cooking utensils (frying nations) make something light and thermal conductivity.
-It is difficult to join the copper unit directly to the aluminum, but the copper/aluminum clad material can solve the bonding problem by joining the copper surface with copper and joining the aluminum surface to the aluminum.
