About This Product

The A1220 flaw detector consists of a main body (screen, keyboard) and an antenna array (AA) consisting of 24 (6x4) matrix DPCs. The device's AA element allows dry contact ultrasonic transmission and reception without the need for a coupling agent. Each AA element is equipped with a spring, so it can follow curved or rough surfaces. Two search methods are also available as an option.

Switching to BAND mode allows you to perform a B-scan (perpendicular to the surface) of the inspected object. In MAP mode, 2D data can be collected. C-Scan maps can also be displayed using optional software. In TVG mode, DAC (distance amplitude correction) can be set.
