About This Product

■Summary

The world's only IsoVu probe has evolved even further. The size has been reduced to 1/5, and the performance and ease of use have also been significantly improved. It can be used not only for conventional GaN and SiC observation, but also for power electronics measurements such as inverter and converter design. Features/Performance

■Main features/specifications

・Frequency band: DC to 1GHz ・Maximum common mode voltage: 60kVpeak (DC to 1GHz) ・High CMRR: 160dB (DC~1MHz), 100dB@500MHz ・Maximum differential input voltage: ±2,500V, maximum offset range: ±2,500V

■Differences from the first generation

- 1/5th the size, no controller box required. ・Even higher performance: lower noise, improved frequency characteristics ・Easier to use: Consolidated into 4 types of chips, cable length is 2m ・Lower price: From 1.26 million yen

■Recommended applications

・SiC/GaN, FET, IGBT bridge design ・Inverter/converter design, ESD measurement, etc.
