About This Product

This is the latest roll-type food grinding machine that meets the needs of the times. In particular, in pursuit of sanitary properties, it is designed to be easy to disassemble and assemble, and is easy to use.It has a built-in automatic control device and is automatically operated by a raw material inflow sensor. In addition, the roll changing unit can be easily attached and detached using air, and the touch panel makes operations such as switching screens easier.

■Feeder section

The rolls (2 pieces), gate, adjustment handle, etc. are integrated into a unit that can be pulled out with one touch, making maintenance easy.

■Drive part

Since the driven side uses a timing belt, it no longer gets dirty with oil.

■Lighter weight

We aim to reduce weight by changing the materials and specifications of the frame, feed roll, scraper, etc.

■Screbber costume

Even if a cleaning problem occurs during continuous rotation, it can be easily adjusted.

■Water cooling device

The vibrator is made of SUS material and is held on one side without a holder at the tip, so there is no damage or noise.

■Originally developed high-quality, long-life roll

We are looking for double centrifugal chilled rolls manufactured using a special manufacturing method based on our own research and development. The quality of the roll shell is excellent in hardness, thermal conductivity, no pinholes, and product safety. The shaft is made of forged material and is polished and finished after tempering.

■Sanitaryization

Cleaning is easy as the feeder unit can be taken out and part of the inlet tube can be removed. In addition, the drive uses a timing belt and is oil-less. The parts in contact with powder are made of stainless steel, except for the rolls, so they are hygienic. Furthermore, the transparent parts of the loading tube and upper door are made of polyethylene terephthalate material in consideration of endocrine disruptors.
