About This Product

Tangless insert is an innovative insert without a tang. This is a reinforcing material for female threads that eliminates the tongue part of conventional products and has a notch. Hook the claw of the insertion tool into the insertion notch of the insert and insert it.

■There is no tang on the insert

Can be inserted without a tang by using a special tool. There is no need to break off the tongue.

■Insert has no direction

The insert has no directionality and can be inserted from either direction. Inserts can be removed manually or electrically when necessary. It can be easily removed with a special tool. Not only the female thread but also the insert itself will not be damaged.

■Reducing work costs

Insert assembly time is significantly shortened (39 seconds → 6 seconds), reducing work costs.

■Standards and requirements

Meets the requirements of NAS (Federal Aeronautics and Space Administration) standards.
