About This Product
We provide PAdeCS® and calcium carbonate (Ecotancal®) using concrete sludge generated during the manufacturing process of secondary concrete products as raw materials.

PAdeCS® is a highly alkaline environmental purification material derived from cement. The multi-purpose function that takes advantage of its properties can mainly solve water quality and various environmental pollution problems. Particle size can be adjusted, and efficacy can also be adjusted. Specifically, the multipurpose function refers to the removal of water pollutants, recovery and recycling of phosphorus, which is a depleted resource, neutralization of acid mine wastewater, deodorization, disinfection, and use as a cement admixture.
Features
■Removal of harmful substances contained in water quality
It is possible to remove harmful substances contained in wastewater. Specifically, it is possible to remove arsenic, lead, iron, cadmium, zinc, boron, and fluorine. It can also remove algal blooms that occur in lakes and ponds, especially during the summer.
■Recovery and recycling of phosphorus, a depletable resource
Valuable phosphorus can be recovered as a raw material for fertilizer. PAdeCS® from which phosphorus is recovered is expected to be used as a raw material for phosphorus fertilizer as POdeCS®, playing a role in the circular economy. It can be provided at a low price as a phosphorus recovery and recycling material.
■Neutralization of acid mine wastewater, etc.
It can be used as a neutralizing agent for acidic wastewater from chemical factories and acid mine wastewater generated from abandoned mines, and can also reduce the amount of sediment generated during neutralization. It can be used in the same way as conventionally used calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate. In particular, acid mine wastewater often contains harmful heavy metals, and PAdeCS® can remove these heavy metals while neutralizing the wastewater.
■Deodorization
It is possible to remove odors of human waste (hydrogen sulfide, etc.), putrid odors of food residue, and pet odors (ammonia, etc.). Easy to use in cowsheds, pigpens, and food factories.
■Disinfection
It is highly alkaline (pH 12 or higher) and has a high bactericidal effect, allowing you to maintain a sanitary environment. It can be applied to cow sheds, pig pens, etc. where infectious diseases are likely to spread. It can be used as a substitute for slaked lime, which is used during bird flu outbreaks.
■Cement admixture
Since it is a cement-derived material, it can be used as a cement admixture to increase its strength. It is also highly anticipated that it will be used as a small amount mixed component of cement.
