N-GRIT is a new type of material that processes nylon and polished abrasive grain (grit) as a brush filament.
In the conventional rotary wire brush, accidents occur frequently because the wires are broken and scattered during use. In addition, the nylon filth with existing abrasives had a problem with heat resistance such as frictional heat. On the other hand, the number of rotations in the brush is increasingly increasing in terms of workability, and the emergence of new wires with excellent "safety, heat resistance and abrasion resistance" is strong from users in various directions. The reality is what is desired.
In collaboration with Toray Monofilament, we have developed a new wire "N-GRIT" that can solve all problems and worries so far. The new material "N-GRIT" is a new product that mixes 100 % 6.0 nylon and silicon carbite grit and extruded as a brush filament.
Since the sharp edge of the grit mixed with nylon of the mother material is randomly fixed to all aspects, it will definitely capture any shape work surface and provide an amazing polishing performance. Please try our products using the new material "N-GRIT".
