About This Product

■Forming dresser

・This is a type in which the tip of the raw stone is polished into a roof or wedge shape. -Used for forming complete grindstones such as angular grinding, stepped cylindrical grinding, screw grinding, and gear grinding. ・The roof width is 1 to 2 mm, the tip angle is 55° to 70°, and the tip R is about 0.2 to 0.5, and rough stones that are larger and meet stricter standards are used than other types of dressers. ・Less wear than a conical dresser, and can be reversed and used in two locations, front and back. ・It can be repaired by re-polishing.
