About This Product

Fix Powder is a multi-type plant mix material based on thermoplastic elastomer that improves the flow resistance of pavement. By using straight asphalt as the base binder, it can be used for polymer modified asphalt type II and H type, and by using Resifix (polymer modified asphalt type II) as the base binder, it can be used for polymer modified asphalt type III and H type. Masu.

The pellet form is convenient for handling and storage, making it suitable for plant inventory.

■Features・One type can be used for polymer modified asphalt types II, III, and H types (multi-type)
・Able to respond flexibly to small-scale mixture production
・Can be stored at room temperature, no special inventory management required

■Applications・Flow-resistant dense granule pavement, drainage pavement
・Supports shipping of small quantities of modified asphalt mixtures
・Support for areas where delivery of premix modified asphalt is difficult (remote islands, etc.)

■Usage・Please add it during the dry mix process to increase the mixing time by a few seconds. 
・When using, please check the mixture properties and amount added in advance by blending the mixture with the base binder to be used.
