About This Product

SA100-120 is a new asphalt for paving, and is a premix that is added in plants when producing recycled heated asphalt mixtures and recycled heated asphalt stabilized roadbed materials to supplement the amount of asphalt that is lacking or to restore the properties of old asphalt. type of asphalt.

■Features

- Conforms to quality standards for new asphalt for recycling 100-120 (Pavement Reclamation Handbook 2010 Edition). -Contains oil, etc. to restore the penetration and other properties of the old asphalt present in the recycled aggregate. ・Since it is a pre-mix type, there is no need to add recycled additives. ・It can be handled under the same conditions as regular straight asphalt in terms of storage temperature, period, and safety management.

■Applicable mixture

The approximate recycled aggregate mixing rate for recycled dense particle size (13) is 30-60% for general use (recycled asphalt 40-60) and 15-30% for use in snowy and cold regions (recycled asphalt 60-80). is. Please be sure to check the recycled aggregate content in advance during mix design.

■Notes on use

・Mixture design is based on the case where adjustments to the design penetration or design tear coefficient are made with new asphalt. ・The manufacturing and construction methods for the mixture are the same as for new asphalt mixtures.
