■Product overview
Equipped with a 5-axis universal unit as standard, achieving complex composite molding and reproducibility. The swing cut and line feed swing mechanism with a single slide greatly reduces setup and adjustment work.
■New mechanism swing cut
Adopts a "swing cut" that cuts the workpiece with one set of slides. The punch and die are arranged on the same slide, making it easy to adjust the clearance between the blades, reducing tilting during cutting and saving space. It is also possible to cut push springs using the cutting slide that moves up and down.
■Add 2 axes to U unit
Up/down/left/right movement has been added to the universal unit to support even more complex machining. One tool holder has been added, allowing you to attach a total of 6 tools (can also be used as a curling head).
