About This Product

A Hall IC is a magnetic sensor that incorporates a Hall element and a signal conversion circuit into one package. We have a lineup of products with various motion types that meet your needs.

■Linear

The linear type outputs a voltage proportional to magnetism. Mainly used for position detection of actuators, etc.

■SH491 Ratiometric Linear Hall IC

SH491 is a linear CMOS linear Hall IC consisting of a Hall sensor, amplifier, and push-pull output stage. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to 105°C, making it suitable for consumer and industrial equipment fields.

■Features

・Sensitivity: 15mV/mT ~ 30mV/mT ・Ratiometric output ・Low cost ・Excellent ESD resistance (HBM±4kV min.)

■Applications
