About This Product

A Hall IC is a magnetic sensor that incorporates a Hall element and a signal conversion circuit into one package. We have a lineup of products with various motion types that meet your needs.

■Single pole detection

The unipolar detection type detects only unipolar (S or N pole) magnetism. Mainly used for proximity switches.

■SH282 Medium sensitivity single-pole detection type Hall IC

SH282 is a medium sensitivity single-pole sensing Hall IC designed with advanced DMOS technology. It integrates a voltage regulator, Hall element, small signal amplifier, chopper stabilization circuit, Schmitt trigger circuit, and open-drain output on a single silicon chip. Excellent high temperature properties are achieved by advanced chopper stabilization technology.

■Features

・Medium sensitivity (7.5mT typ.) ・Stable temperature characteristics ・Good electrostatic voltage resistance (HBM4kV min.) ・Reverse bias protection on power supply terminal
