About This Product

A Hall IC is a magnetic sensor that incorporates a Hall element and a signal conversion circuit into one package. We have a lineup of products with various motion types that meet your needs.

■Single pole detection

The unipolar detection type detects only unipolar (S or N pole) magnetism. Mainly used for proximity switches.

■SH257 Power-saving high-sensitivity single-pole detection Hall IC

SH257 is a power-saving, high-sensitivity single-pole detection Hall IC designed using advanced CMOS technology. The awake/sleep controller, Hall element, offset cancellation circuit, chopper-stabilized small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger circuit, and CMOS output are integrated on a single silicon chip. Excellent temperature characteristics are achieved by the dynamic offset cancellation circuit. In particular, low voltage drive (1.7V~) and power saving drive (5uA typ.) are suitable for battery-powered applications.
