About This Product

A Hall IC is a magnetic sensor that incorporates a Hall element and a signal conversion circuit into one package. We have a lineup of products with various motion types that meet your needs.

■Bipolar detection

Bipolar detection type detects magnetism regardless of magnetic polarity. Mainly used for proximity switches.

■SH255 Power-saving, high-sensitivity bipolar detection type Hall IC

SH255 is a power-saving, high-sensitivity bipolar detection type Hall IC designed using advanced CMOS technology. The awake/sleep controller, Hall element, offset cancellation circuit, chopper-stabilized small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger circuit, and CMOS output are integrated on a single silicon chip. Excellent temperature characteristics are achieved by the dynamic offset cancellation circuit. In particular, low voltage drive (1.7V~) and power saving drive (5uA typ.) are suitable for battery-powered applications.
