About This Product

A Hall IC is a magnetic sensor that incorporates a Hall element and a signal conversion circuit into one package. We have a lineup of products with various motion types that meet your needs.

■Bipolar detection

Bipolar detection type detects magnetism regardless of magnetic polarity. Mainly used for proximity switches.

■SH253 High sensitivity bipolar detection type Hall IC

SH253 is a high-sensitivity bipolar detection Hall IC designed with advanced CMOS technology. It integrates a voltage regulator, ESD protection circuit, Hall element, chopper-stabilized small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger circuit, and open-drain output on a single silicon chip. Its excellent high temperature characteristics are achieved by a dynamic offset cancellation circuit using chopper stabilization technology.
