About This Product

A Hall IC is a magnetic sensor that incorporates a Hall element and a signal conversion circuit into one package. We have a lineup of products with various motion types that meet your needs.

■Bipolar detection

Bipolar detection type detects magnetism regardless of magnetic polarity. Mainly used for proximity switches.

■SH251 Power-saving high-sensitivity bipolar detection type Hall IC

SH251 is a power-saving, high-sensitivity bipolar detection Hall IC designed using advanced CMOS technology. It integrates an awake/sleep timing controller, Hall element, offset cancellation circuit, chopper-stabilized small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger circuit, and CMOS output on a single silicon chip. Excellent high temperature characteristics are achieved by a dynamic offset cancellation circuit. The power-saving (5μA typ.) and low-voltage (1.65V~) operation design makes it ideal for battery-powered applications.
