About This Product

A Hall IC is a magnetic sensor that incorporates a Hall element and a signal conversion circuit into one package. We have a lineup of products with various motion types that meet your needs.

■Police box detection

The alternating detection type detects the switching between the S and N poles of the magnet. It is mainly used as a sensor to detect the magnetic pole position and rotation speed of a motor's rotor magnet.

■SH193 Alternating detection type Hall IC with built-in pull-up resistor

SH193 is an ultra-high sensitivity alternating detection type Hall IC designed using advanced DMOS technology. It integrates a voltage regulator, ESD protection circuit, Hall element, chopper-stabilized small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger, open-drain output, and pull-up resistor on a single silicon chip. Since it has a built-in pull-up resistor, no external resistor is required. Excellent high temperature performance is achieved by a dynamic offset cancellation circuit using chopper stabilization technology.
