About This Product

A Hall IC is a magnetic sensor that incorporates a Hall element and a signal conversion circuit into one package. We have a lineup of products with various motion types that meet your needs.

■Police box detection

The alternating detection type detects the switching between the S and N poles of the magnet. It is mainly used as a sensor to detect the magnetic pole position and rotation speed of a motor's rotor magnet.

■SH190 High voltage bipolar latch type Hall switch

SH190 is a latching type Hall switch designed with silicon bipolar technology. Designed for commutation of brushless DC motors. It integrates a voltage regulator, reverse bias protection, Hall element, small signal amplifier, chopper stabilizer, Schmitt trigger circuit, and open-collector output on a single silicon chip. An internal regulator provides temperature-compensated voltage to internal circuitry, allowing operation over a wide supply voltage range.
