About This Product

A Hall IC is a magnetic sensor that incorporates a Hall element and a signal conversion circuit into one package. We have a lineup of products with various motion types that meet your needs.

■Police box detection

The alternating detection type detects the switching between the S and N poles of the magnet. It is mainly used as a sensor to detect the magnetic pole position and rotation speed of a motor's rotor magnet.

■SH163 High sensitivity alternating detection type Hall IC

SH163 is a high-sensitivity alternating detection type Hall IC designed with advanced DMOS technology. It integrates a voltage regulator, reverse bias protection, ESD protection circuitry, Hall element, chopper-stabilized small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger circuit, and open-drain output with thermal shutdown on a single silicon chip. Excellent high temperature performance is achieved by a dynamic offset cancellation circuit using chopper stabilization technology.
