This is a linear type Hall element using GaAs. Excellent linearity of Hall output with respect to magnetic field. Output changes due to temperature changes are small and linearity is excellent.

- Excellent linearity of Hall output with respect to magnetic field.
・Wide operating temperature range, small change in output due to temperature change.
- Adopts a small package, making it suitable for small linear position detection sensors and current sensors.
- Although it is a small mounting type package, the magnetically sensitive surface is placed perpendicular to the printed circuit board, allowing efficient detection of magnetic flux parallel to the board.
