About This Product

■Product overview

PTFE venturi valves/vacuum generators are used for corrosive or high purity gases. It consists of two machined high-purity PTFE bodies that are assembled together using tongue/groove sealing technology. A Venturi valve is a short tube with a tapered center that increases fluid velocity and reduces fluid pressure. This phenomenon is used for flow measurement and suction action. There are no moving parts, so there is no contamination of the fluid.

・0PSIG～120PSIG (0.82MPa) ・The above pressure range is for use at the following ambient temperature.

■Temperature range

・0°~150°F (-17°~66°C) Atmosphere ・0°~266°F (-17°~130°C) Fluid

■Starting fluid

Dry air, nitrogen gas, or any other dry gas

■Gas requirement (air)

・45NR/min at 0.28MPa input ・49NR/min at 0.42MPa input ・51NR/min at 0.56MPa input
