About This Product

■Product overview

The FM-3 series PFA/PTFE flowmeter is suitable for all high purity applications where precision measurement and control of fluids is required. The FM-3 flowmeter uses a machined PTFE body, needle valve components and injection molded high purity PFA barrel. A type for precision measurement of 0 to 5000 cc per minute is also available. In addition to the usual face-to-face contact seal, the FM-3 type uses tongue/groove technology to seal the barrel to the body for optimal sealing performance. Integrated needle valves are also available. Regardless of the connection type, panel mounting with nuts is the standard specification.

■Pressure range

・0PSIG (0MPa) ~120PSIG (0.83MPa) ・The above pressure range is for use at the following ambient temperature.

■Temperature range

・0°~212°F (-17°~100°C) Atmosphere ・0°~266°F (-17°~130°C) Fluid
