The BR-1 series PTFE 1/4 inch back pressure regulating valve is designed for ultra-high purity chemicals for semiconductors and is also ideal for ultra-pure water and highly reactive chemicals. This product is constructed from one-piece machined PTFE and has a precision-machined seat.

・Uses a diaphragm machined from improved fluororesin PTFE using the latest technology
・More than 5 times more durable than conventional PTFE
・Minimum differential pressure between primary and secondary sides is 0.07MPa
・Tongue/Groove: Diaphragm

・Maximum primary pressure: 120PSIG (0.83MPa)
・Secondary pressure, options: 0~30PSIG (0.21MPa) and 0~60PSIG (0.41MPa)
・The above pressure range is for use at the following ambient temperature.
■Temperature range
・0°~150°F (-17°~66°C) Atmosphere
・0°~266°F (-17°~130°C) Fluid
