About This Product

■Product overview

PR-3 series PTFE 1/2" and 1" pressure regulating valves are designed for ultra-high purity semiconductor chemicals and are also ideal for ultra-pure water and aggressive chemicals. This product has a machined PTFE body with precision machined seat and diaphragm seal sections. Equipped with a large diaphragm, it responds quickly to pressure changes on the primary side and suppresses surge pressure on the secondary side.

・Uses a diaphragm machined from improved fluororesin PTFE using the latest technology ・More than 5 times more durable than conventional PTFE ・Unrivaled minimum differential pressure, 0.07MPa ・Tongue/Groove: Diaphragm

■Advantages

・Long lifespan ・Low replacement cost - Short downtime ・Stabilizes system pressure, ideal for ultrapure water systems ・Low hysteresis ・Seal protects spring and adjustment screw specification

■Material

・Wetted parts: PTFE, improved PTFE - Non-wetted parts: Electrolytically treated aluminum, ABS, brass, stainless steel, PVDF, stainless steel spring, chrome vanadium die spring, HDPE

■Pressure range

・Maximum primary pressure: 120PSIG (0.83MPa) ・Secondary pressure, options: 0~30PSIG (0.21MPa) and 0~60PSIG (0.41MPa) ・The above pressure range is for use at the following ambient temperature.

■Temperature range

・0°~150°F (-17°~66°C) Atmosphere ・0°~266°F (-17°~130°C) Fluid
