About This Product

■Product overview

"Parbond fittings" are suitable for all high purity applications or corrosive chemicals. This fitting design is ideal for applications with high flow rates and minimal pressure drops and provides a leak-free permanent connection. This connection method is made possible by melting and joining both ends.

■Features

・Main body manufactured from 100% virgin PFA material ・Complete fused connection ・Various configurations including reducer

■Advantages

・High cleanliness can be achieved with low possibility of particles remaining on the surface ・Reduction of downtime and leakage ・Cost reduction by simplifying the system specification

■Materials

・Wetted parts: PFA ・External surface: PFA, PVDF

■Parbond PFA pipe welded fittings

A Parbond joint is joined by heating the two surfaces to a molten state using a non-contact heating source, pressing the two surfaces together, and allowing sufficient time to cool. Permanent connections are possible with proper techniques that do not introduce foreign objects or dirt.

■Tee Connector Reducer Ready Flare

When specifying PFA nuts, please add "-T" to the end of the model number.
