About This Product

■Product overview

"Purflare fittings" are suitable for all high purity applications or corrosive chemicals. This design minimizes dead volume and allows leak-free connections. Can be used in locations with high loads or applications with vibration. This connection is also possible using an external heating source and the flare process using a PTFE flare wick or Partek's optional FG series flare gun.

・Main body manufactured from 100% virgin PFA material ・Easy assembly ・Various combinations including leak-free sealing Readiflare connection

■Advantages

・High cleanliness can be achieved with low possibility of particles remaining on the surface ・Cost reduction by reducing assembly time ・Reduced downtime ・Cost reduction by simplifying the system specification

・Wetted parts: PFA ・External surface: PVDF

■Perflare PFA tube fitting details

・When specifying a PFA nut, please add "-T" to the end of the model number. ・For inch size tube and JIS PT thread connection, please add "-J" to the end of the model number.
