About This Product

■Features of VL series vacuum tube fittings

・Made of stainless steel, fluorocarbon FKM O-ring ・Compatible with tube sizes from 1/16" to 11/2" ・ Operating temperature: -31℃～204℃ ・Easy assembly by tightening with knurled nuts ・Highly reliable and reproducible sealing performance

■Test

・The Vl vacuum joint design has been helium leak tested with a maximum leak rate of 4×10^-9 std cm/s at room temperature. ・As the temperature rises, the leak rate increases as the O-ring becomes permeable.

■Cleaning and packaging

-VL vacuum fittings meet FITOK standard cleaning and packaging requirements. -VL vacuum fittings are cleaned to remove machine oil, grease and powder particles.

■When ordering

・Dimension E indicates the minimum nominal diameter of the inner diameter part. ・If you are ordering a straight type bore/through fitting, please add T to the model number. Example: SS-TU-VL6, SS-TCM-VL8
