■GEA Scan Vibro Spiral Elevator

GEA Scan Vibro Spiral Elevators are designed for use in various areas of the food, feed, chemical technology and pharmaceutical industries.

■Summary

The principle of spiral conveying is the same as that of horizontal vibratory conveyors, but the products are conveyed in a helically wound path around a vertical central tube. Spiral elevators are suitable for a wide range of tasks. This includes products with dry, wet, hot, oily, and freezing properties. Spiral elevators can also be conveyed with simultaneous cooling, heating, diffusion or integrated systems. Spiral elevators are robust, maintenance-free (no lubrication or regular inspection required) and have been developed to meet current environmental requirements, including reduced noise, dust and odor. Spiral elevators handle products very gently due to a special combination of vibration and vibration frequency and stroke length.

・Spiral diameter 750-1,500mm ・Lifting height 500-7,000mm - Gentle and effective vertical transport - upwards or downwards - Hygienic and easy-to-clean design – standard or customizable to suit your job Spirals are manufactured from stainless steel, AISI 304 or 316 ・Cooling or heating system on request ・Dustproof covers are also available upon request. ・Motor placed at the top or bottom ・Support column can be integrated - no framework required - Designed for continuous operation, there is no need for regular inspection or lubrication, and almost no maintenance is required.
