About This Product
The aromatic polyimide is widely used in aerospace, automobiles, and electrical and electronic fields because of high mechanical intensity, heat resistance, electrical insulation and drug resistance.
The 8000 series is a cutting material made of polyimide based on biphenyltetracarbonic acid (BPDA) based on Ube Kosan. This polyimide has achieved significant "improvement of heat resistance" and "reduction of water absorption" compared to conventional polyimides. In particular, the loading temperature is about 480 ° C and reaches the highest in resin material.
