■Summary
Handy type that can be easily measured anywhere. The display uses a large, easy-to-read LCD. Complex data processing useful for quality control is also possible. We offer four models with different measurement ranges depending on the work size and application.
■Main features
- Compatible with plate-shaped materials such as photomasks, screen masks, block plates, and printed circuit boards.
- Compact and lightweight design for easy portability. You can easily measure the length using your existing light table.
・Achieves 10μm display with a handy type. Highly accurate and stable length measurement results.
・Minimum reading 10μm. A large LCD is used for the display.
・The field of view of the microscope is clearly indicated with two marking lines on the pressed glass. Easy to align with measurement position.
・Four types: 450mm, 600mm, 800mm, and 1,000mm, depending on work size and application.
・With the optional mini-processor, data recording and pass/fail judgment can be done easily and quickly.
