About This Product

■800 series high flow sanitary pump

The 800 series pumps are designed for low-shear, hygienic pumping up to 8,140L/h (35GPM) and pressures up to 0.35MPa in the bio, pharmaceutical, and food industries, providing professional It has CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Steam Sterilization in Place) capabilities. Two stainless steel rollers disengage to lift USP Class VI Biprene or Gore STA-PURE PCS tubing, allowing a straight path for cleaning. There are no "dead spots" or gaps. Mounted on a steel frame, the 800 Series pumps are available with a fixed speed motor gearbox or an inverter rated variable speed motor gearbox for 4mA to 20mA or 0V to 10V process control and remote stop/start and reverse. ・Maximum flow rate 8140L/h and maximum pressure 0.35MPa - CIP/SIP sterilization at full speed (no bypass required) Self-priming and dry-running without valves, seals, or glands Door proximity sensor for safe access when changing tubes or cleaning - Bioprene and STA-PURE elements according to USP Class VI and hygienic stainless steel connector options according to 3.1.B BS/EN 10204 - Ideal for viscous or shear sensitive products Motor/gearbox and control options include fixed speed, variable speed with mechanical variator, fixed speed motor with inverter control for 4mA to 20mA and 0V to 10V process control, remote stop/start and reverse, frequency output Masu Pump head accepts B5 output flange-mounted gear motors with a range of single-phase and three-phase fixed and electronically variable speeds
