■Features

1. We will answer any questions you may have regarding separation tanks in general. The OK type oil/water separation tank is a purification device unique to Aizawa, a pioneer in concrete technology. When you are considering introducing a system, we will take responsibility for proposing everything from the content of local government ordinances, design, capacity calculations, etc. to construction guidelines. 2. Removes oil from oily wastewater. The principle is a natural flotation method that takes advantage of the difference in specific gravity between oil and water. The OK type oil/water separation tank basically has 4 tanks in a row, 3 partition walls, and 5 water outlets including the inlet and outlet, which are zigzag when viewed from the top, and the water outlet is from the bottom of the tank in the large pit hole. By creating a water flow from bottom to top and installing a small pit hole at the outlet of the next tank, the water flow is reliably guided to the opposite wall, ensuring convection time and creating time for the oil to float. 3. We will respond appropriately to the natural conditions and site conditions in various parts of Hokkaido. In front of the 4 main tanks, we will install one dedicated tank for mud storage, and calculate the capacity and install one of the appropriate size. In addition, an inspection box can be installed at the rear for inspection purposes, and the direction and height of the drain can be adjusted. As a countermeasure against frost heaving in water flow areas due to cold damage, we will alternately compare and consider raising tanks and insulation materials to ensure the minimum soil cover for the inflow pipe in the area, and then propose a structural design while taking economic efficiency into consideration. 4. Excellent workability. OK-type oil/water separation tanks, except for single-tank products, are made of unitized lightweight concrete, which requires less cranes and other equipment for lifting during construction, and requires shorter construction time, making it significantly easier to construct than cast-in-place concrete. Expenses can be reduced. There is no problem with installation during the winter as the product is simply set up. 5.It is a structurally robust product. All products except the single tank are manufactured from lightweight, high-strength concrete mixed with fibers and using special admixtures. In principle, a cast iron lid is used for the lid, and it is a simple waterproof type that can handle a wheel load of 20 to 25 tons, minimizing water intrusion from the top, such as rainwater. 6. Maintenance and management are also easy. An easily removable dust trap is installed at the inlet of the main tank to prevent large debris from entering the main tank. You can also check the level of oil buildup through the small lid window without opening the lid itself. Furthermore, if you use a special adsorption mat, you can easily dispose of the oil that has accumulated in the upper part of the tank.
