About This Product
The MC2838 is a resin-sealed silicone epitaxial double diode with an ultra-small profile designed and manufactured for high-speed switching.
Since the capacitance between terminals is small and the switching time (reverse recovery time) is extremely short, it can be widely used for high-speed switching, limiters, and clippers. In addition, since it is double and has an ultra-compact external shape, it can be widely used for compact and high-density mounting of sets.
