About This Product
The MC2837 is a small external resin-sealed silicon epitaxial double diode designed and manufactured for general switching applications.
Since the capacitance between terminals is small and the switching time (reverse recovery time) is extremely short, it can be widely used for high-speed switching, limiters, and clippers. In addition, since it is double and has an ultra-compact external shape, it can be widely used for compact and high-density mounting of sets.
