About This Product
The MC2836 is a resin-sealed silicone epitaxial double diode with an ultra-small profile designed and manufactured for high-speed switching.
Since the capacitance between terminals is small and the switching time (reverse recovery time) is very short, it can be used not only for high-speed switching but also for a wide range of applications such as limiters and clippers.
You can use it freely. In addition, since it is double and has an ultra-compact external shape, it can be widely used for compact and high-density mounting of sets.
