About This Product
The MC2835 is a resin-sealed silicone epitaxial double diode with an ultra-small exterior, designed and manufactured for general switching applications. Since the capacitance between terminals is small and the double (2 pieces included) is ultra-small, it can be widely used as protection circuits, bias circuits, etc.
