About This Product
The MC2831 is an ultra-small resin-encapsulated silicon epitaxial diode designed and manufactured for high-speed switching. Since the capacitance between terminals is small and the switching time (reverse recovery time) is extremely short, it can be widely used for high-speed switching, limiters, and clippers.
In addition, because of its ultra-compact size, it can be widely used for compact, high-density mounting of sets.
