About This Product
This product is a 3-shunt type MFT for overcurrent protection. This product itself does not have an output terminal, but by connecting an external PNP transistor to the VCC terminal, it can be used as an output terminal function by using the difference in circuit current during detection.
This allows this product to be equipped with a VREF terminal, and the threshold voltage can be freely set using an externally connected resistor.
