About This Product

This product has a built-in power cut circuit that enables external control of start/stop of product operation by changing the voltage applied to the ON/OFF terminal. It has a built-in UVLO circuit, which starts operating when the power supply voltage reaches approximately 16V or higher, and stops operating when the power supply voltage drops to approximately 14V or lower. In addition, the circuit is configured as an IGBT driver, and when applying low to high voltage to the GATEIN pin, the B pin outputs a low signal when the voltage exceeds approximately 2.7V. When applying High to Low to the GATEIN terminal, the B terminal outputs a High signal when the voltage drops to approximately 2.5V or less.
