About This Product

This hybrid IC is used in AC400V three-phase inverters and is a hybrid integrated circuit ideal for driving small-capacity IGBT modules containing 6 elements that can be connected directly to the board for gate wiring. The three high-side circuits have internal insulation and power supply, and can be driven with only two power supply voltages (+15V, +5V). An overcurrent detection circuit is provided externally, and when an "L" signal is input in the event of an error, the built-in timer circuit is activated and all gates are shut off, allowing the control side to handle the error with plenty of time. Masu. The low-side input section has a timing correction circuit that can correct the signal delay time difference with the high-side, making it possible to achieve optimal inverter drive.
