About This Product

M57174L-03 is a hybrid integrated circuit that is ideal for driving small capacity IGBT modules that allow gate wiring to be directly attached to the board. A pulse transformer electrically isolates the input and output, and it is possible to drive three elements with only two power supply voltage systems, +15V and 5V.

■Recommended IGBT module

VCES= 600V series…50A class VCES=1,200V series…25A class

■Features

・No need for gate drive power supply (adopts pulse transformer method) ・TTL, (5V CMOS logic) input compatible ・Isolation voltage between input and output: 2,500Vrms, 1 minute ・Secondary polarity isolation voltage: 2,500Vrms, 1 minute ・Contributes to space saving due to SIL structure and built-in 3 drive circuits
