About This Product
VLA520 is a hybrid integrated circuit for driving IGBT modules. The input and output are electrically isolated by a photocoupler, and can be driven by two power supplies.
Additionally, the built-in short-circuit protection circuit maintains reverse bias for a certain period of time after a short-circuit is detected, allowing for protective operation with plenty of time.

VCES=1,200V series…~450A class

・Isolated voltage between input and output: 2,500Vrms guaranteed for 1 minute
・Can be driven by 2 power supplies
・Built-in short circuit protection circuit
