VLA513-01R is a hybrid integrated circuit for driving IGBT modules. The input and output are electrically isolated by a photocoupler, and can be driven by two power supplies.

・High-speed switching possible (propagation delay time: 0.2μs standard)
・Gate output peak current is maximum ±5A

・Can be driven by 2 power supplies (Vcc: 15V, VEE:- 10V)
・Isolation voltage between input and output: 2,500Vrms guaranteed for 1 minute
・Input can be driven by TTL
■Applications
For driving IGBT modules used in welding machines, induction heating equipment, etc.
