About This Product
VLA502-01R is a hybrid integrated circuit for driving IGBT modules. This is a high-speed version of VLA500-01R. Built-in isolated DC-DC converter for gate drive eliminates the need to design a new gate power supply.
In addition, the built-in protection circuit maintains reverse bias for a certain period of time when a short circuit occurs, allowing for timely protection operations.

・Built-in isolated DC-DC converter for gate drive
・Propagation delay time: 0.4μs (standard value)
・SIP structure for easy high-density mounting
・Built-in short circuit protection circuit (with timer and reset circuit)
・Isolation voltage between input and output: 2,500Vrms guaranteed for 1 minute
Please note that the IGBT “NFH series” manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation is not guaranteed by the manufacturer against short circuits.
