About This Product
VLA500K-11R is a hybrid integrated circuit for driving IGBT modules. The isolation voltage between primary and secondary is 4,000Vrms (guaranteed for 1 minute). Built-in isolated DC-DC converter for gate drive eliminates the need to design a new gate power supply.
In addition, the built-in short-circuit protection circuit maintains reverse bias for a certain period of time after a short-circuit is detected, allowing for protective operation with plenty of time.
